It was established in 2001 and is the only Filipino organization recognized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The PBC DNE is a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to helping each other succeed, promote Filipino culture and values, and make a positive impact on the world.
Our MissionPBC-DNE’s mission is to enliven the cultural and economic exchange between the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates by promoting the development of bilateral trade, business delegations, investment, tourism, fostering the cultural and economic influence and character of the Philippine commercial scene in the Dubai and the Northern Emirates, offering assistance to Philippine start-ups and young creative thinkers, who are, or thinking of setting up in the country.
